I am a postdoc at Brown University's Data Science Initiative working with Thomas Serre and Stuart Geman. Earlier, I completed my doctoral studies as an NSF Graduate Research Fellow at Brown, working in computational neuroscience and machine learning. I study the optimal control of neural dynamics in large networks and am particularly interested in systems of coupled oscillators and neural synchrony. I also maintain an interest in the representation of syntactic structures in artificial and biological neural networks.
